We always try to ship as quickly as possible, with our average processing time being 2-5 days. We ship usps priority or ground advantage and provide a tracking number. While we would love to be able to honor these requests, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless they are due to our error. If a product arrives to you and is incorrect or damaged, please reach out to us right away at washashoresoaps@gmail.com. We will work quickly to rectify the situation. We do not offer money back, but will offer store credit or replacement on a case by case basis.

We do not always have samples available. However, if you place an order, feel free to let us know if there's something you are hoping to smell. If we have a small piece of that soap available, we will try to include it! A great way to try a variety of soap samples is by purchasing our Scrap Art Soap sample variety pack!

Our soaps are all wrapped in smell through, biodegradable (and compostable!) shrinkwrap called Biolefin. They come labeled with their name and their ingredients. Loofah soaps and foaming hand soap pumps do not have ingredient labeled affixed to them, however they are listed on their product pages on our website.

We DO! We absolutely love making custom soaps, and offer a variety of sizes from full bars to small, single use bars.

If you've been around for a while, you may have noticed a recent increase in our soap prices. While we put it off as long as we could (this is the first increase in bar soap prices since we opened our business in 2016), the rising costs of sunflower oil (the Ukraine the largest supplier), olive oil, and honestly every single other ingredient we use has necessitated it. When faced with the choices of reformulating, risking reducing our soap's quality, or upping the prices, we felt that the integrity of our product had to win out. We know that our customers value the research, time, effort and quality of our products, and we are committed to continue to source the best quality for the best price to make a phenomenal product for you.
